Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClawBee ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

ClawBee is a platform that enables users to deploy OpenClaw bots with dedicated Web3 wallets. The Service includes bot deployment, wallet management, spending policy configuration, and related features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Bot and Wallet Services

ClawBee provides infrastructure to deploy and manage OpenClaw bots with Web3 wallets. You understand and agree that:

• Wallet Custody: You may choose to connect your own wallet or use a ClawBee-managed wallet. For managed wallets, we maintain custody but you retain control through spending policies.
• Spending Policies: Spending limits and allowlists are enforced on-chain through smart contracts. You are responsible for configuring appropriate policies for your use case.
• Blockchain Transactions: All blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction once it has been confirmed on the blockchain.
• Gas Fees: You are responsible for all gas fees associated with transactions executed by your bots.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use bots for market manipulation, wash trading, or similar activities
• Facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by ClawBee and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk, including risks associated with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWBEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: bot malfunctions, smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network issues, unauthorized access to your account, or cryptocurrency price fluctuations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClawBee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, you must withdraw any funds from your bot wallets. We are not responsible for any funds left in wallets after account termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
